Two options for nightly rentals:
Option One:
Stay in Port for one or more nights
Nightly rate -- $425.00
Package includes linens, shore power, and satellite television, iron & board.
Houseboat has fully equipped kitchen, two (2) full baths, and six (6) private sleeping quarters. Top deck is complete with furniture and hot tub.

Option Two:
Leaving Port for one or more nights.
Nightly rate -- $425.00
Package includes linens, shore power while in port, and satellite television, iron & board. Houseboat has fully equipped kitchen, two (2) full baths, and six (6) private sleeping quarters. Top deck is complete with furniture and hot tub.
Fuel and taxes not included in nightly rate.

Reservations
$250 security deposit for nightly Option One
$500 security deposit for nightly Option Two
48 hour cancellation notice required to receive deposit refund less a $21.50 service charge. Cancellations made after the 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Port a crib and high chair available for $10 apiece per rental period.
Late Fees
$50 late fee if not checked out by 10:00 am
If you have not checked out by 12:00 pm (noon), the next day rental rate will be charged in full to your account.
